In the year 2000, captured by her passion for wine,
the young woman became a
sommelier, then a lecturer on wines.
What happened next is almost logical : while
studying
wine and cheese harmony, Miyuki Osawa
became passionately fond of cheese.
Since 2005, her professional life is dedicated to :
conferences,
discovery trips, exhibitions, anything to do with
cheese.
She also organizes wines and cheese
conferences at the Tasaki Wine Salon.
