Shinya Tasaki was the first Japanese to win the first prize at the 8th World's Greatest Sommelier Concours in 1995.

Miyuki OSAWA

In the year 2000, captured by her passion for wine,
the young woman became a sommelier, then a lecturer on wines.
What happened next is almost logical : while studying
wine and cheese harmony, Miyuki Osawa
became passionately fond of cheese.
Since 2005, her professional life is dedicated to : conferences,
discovery trips, exhibitions, anything to do with cheese.
She also organizes wines and cheese
conferences at the Tasaki Wine Salon.
